Excluding people who work or have worked at McLaren, Greg, I think your number must be at, certainly very near, the top. I have not kept track of my number, but I guess it would be in the same range as yours, perhaps with fewer GTRs and more road cars. I have seen that many only because I have the advantage of having been at MSO/MTC/Genesis I think more often than any other customer has been, and that has been only because for 18 years I have had numerous reasons to go McLaren and it has always been a short trip for me.
Saying that, there are some F1s that even McLaren are not sure what has become of, and a larger number that never see the light of day and have not been to Woking for many years. I doubt that anyone who was not there during the entirety of production has seen all the cars (a few of which, of course, no longer exist), and going forward it's not likely that anyone ever will.
Maybe a complete obsessive could make it his life's work to see them all, and with enough effort most things are possible, but in the normal course of events even the most committed fan would struggle to get close to hitting 100%.

Re: Seeing many cars.

I'm hardly out there actively looking for them. But considering how many are allegedly still in the UK. I don't think I've seen too many.

Park Lane Silver car back in 2003 (obviously in the showroom)
AndyB's Lark GTR at Goodwood Supercar Sunday a few years back
The Le Mans winning GTR at Autosport International many years ago
The McLaren owned Xp5, Davidoff Long Tail and XPLM1 in the mid 00s
Saw a Silver HDF car 10 years ago on the road, but it was on trade plates and I was pretty close to Albert Drive so a bit of a cheat.

Whereas I've seen many other rare cars in that same time. Granted there were more F40s, 918s, SLRs, Zondas etc built but it does surprise. I've seen more of those AMG G Wagen 6 by 6's ! (though they are quite noticeable!) laugh

I've seen 25 over the years, but 20 of them were in France 2 years ago for the 25th tour... hehe

Not as many as some who get to see them everyday, but for a normal bloke I’d say more than most - It’s in the low to mid 50’s nowadays. I think 25 x GTR’s and the rest are road cars. I’ve been very fortunate and have made good friends with some of the Owners over the years
"low to mid 50's" ....

I can't remember how many attended but the Goodwood MM a few years ago got a job lot

of F1 GTRs.

I'm unlikely to see so many in one place again.

I'd have to check the pics on my phone to count them all up.

ETA......the London Classic car show had a display of about a half dozen cars too ,again a couple of years ago.

Makes my F1 count quite good without trying too hard.

Flemke, out of curiosity, what car(s) would you deem the most beautiful/best looking?

Of course we all have our personal favourites, then there is the question of taste v judgment. It gets more complicated with race cars, the look of which depends so much on livery.

Road cars include:

I can barely begin to name all the beautiful racing cars from over the years, and as I said the livery has its own influence, but just to scratch the surface:

I think Jim Hall said the 2E was his favourite too.

This has made me query my own F1 quota! I need to do a chassis number check but between attending a number of Karcher BPR races, FIA GT and British GT - plus all the Goodwood events since 1994 - I reckon I must have seen almost all the GTRs at some point. I might struggle to breach double figures for road cars though! Might go through my photo archive at some point for completeness - we can do some chassis number verification for fun.

in words of one syllable (I'm a bit dim) could you explain why this side profile looks awkward to me? is it something to do with the belt or shoulder line? looks weird to me but can figure out why. Unless I simply have bad judgement/taste and its perfectly fine?

Because it's been squashed? The wheels are oval, no?

The windscreen line is aiming at the centre of the front wheel, which is often an indicator of good proportions.

What's happening towards the back end of the door, where it reaches the rear quarter panel? None of the swages line up, looks as it there's a bit been stuck on the door from something else.

I think this one is fairly straightforward - the proportions are off. Wheelbase vs length, just looks odd. Add in an abundance of creases and swage lines - some of which are in conflict - and it's just not very well resolved. A longer wheelbase, larger wheels & cleaner sides would improve it no end.
