"Higher, brighter, bigger living.." You betcha! Spotted this Brabus G-Wagon in That London in a recent visit to the capital.

"Too big? What's it for? Pointless!" some might say. Who cares, it's totally OTT and completely bonkers and made me smile cool

What? It's a G Wagon 6x6. Why do you think it's an ML?

Was there a previous gen, non AMG/brabus G-Wagon 6x6? If so, I saw one in Leeds a few months ago. If not, I'm not sure what I saw.

The Brabus 6x6 is based on the military / commercial 6x6 G-Wagen.

Yes it does. In real life you look up at the thing. It really is vast. I suspect the viewer in the picture is rather tall, on a rather large kerb. Maybe some perspective going on too.

Saw one very similar outside Harrods last weekend - they are huge in the flesh or metal as it were

I've seen this one in that spot a few times. It is absolutely immense and very clean biggrin Check the tyres for example, it doesn't even seem to have turned a tyre! I thought the ply lining in the back an odd touch.

As soon as a car has a 'point' it is boring. This car is pointless.

The one in the OP was in Edinburgh for The Gumball Rally a couple of months ago - I have the photos in my phone with the same number plate.
