That costs money in the form of serious aftermarket tuning mods like wild cams and multiple throttle set ups and needs straight through exhausts.None of which would pass the eco tests even if they made it.

I'm genuinely curious.
What joke status is this ?
Sorry don't take it to heart, actually they're one of my favourite cars. Just reviewing JC's opinion.

Will the Camaro be coming to UK shores in RHD the same as the 'stang?

Hired a Camaro in Vegas and loved it.
I suspect not - there's just 'no demand' for it....

It's all a matter of taste. To me, both of these cars look ugly and sound very dull, but I don't like the muscle car look or big V8 engine notes, so that's no real criticism! I much prefer a screamier V8 (see E90 M3).

I'd prefer to just sort out some after market tuning mods like cam and induction changes in which case they would probably provide close enough to the old school higher revving buzz saw note that well tuned muscle cars were always known for.As for looks they look like muscle cars and still have muscle car engines and drive lines which is the object that their manufacturers set out to create.Which suits muscle car buyers. As opposed to buyers who are happy with the understated rep mobile look and small capacity screamer in which the only connection is the number of cylinders.
