Help needed on C63 Upgrade!!
Discussion
Sorry for the delay pistonheaders! Some great comments here. Thanks very much. Thought I would answer/reply to a few comments in one go;
-I don't want to tune the C63 or anything for that matter. Bit socks down your underpants for me I think?
-Has anyone hear owned a V10 R8? I fancy something exotic which an Audi isn't really but the V10 is compelling in terms of usability, performance and looks.
-Gallardo is just not everyday usable I don't think. It'll be parked in a train station car park through the week!
-Should I be shot for considering a convertible 911S fairly new around a 13 plate circa £75-80k?
-Don't fancy a GTR as lacks any class
-What does rep car mean???
My shortlist is currently as follows in ascending order of price; 911S Convertible, F-Type R Coupe, Bentley SuperSports, Aston Martin DBS, Ferrari 599 GTB. Autotrader has options I would buy for each of these so keen to hear if anyone has owned any of these what comments they would give?

I would say cramming more performance into the same car is exactly the opposite.. Not stuffing your pants, but somehow hiding the swinging python that does in fact lurk within Anyway, I think at your age and this budget you should start getting serious. A 599 would be utterly magnificent. At least have a go in one, but it will be harder on fuel than the C63!
Nice problem to have. How about going for a classic? This is an achingly cool and hugely classy fanny magnet if ever there was one.
Fully restored Jensen Interceptor III

You can also get modernised ones with a blown LS3 but they're quite a bit more expensive
(Btw I'm 35 and 6'8" )

Get an SL63 AMG, right spec they look very bad ass, and are fantastic cars.
You can get them used for £70k ish now. Other than the noise and looks, I prefer the SL63 to SLS as a daily driver.
Otherwise you could do what I did and get a Range Rover sport and a f430 spider combo. Can do it for £100k. I am a bit younger than you, though my girlfriend has a kid so we need the space, but I think these cars both suit absolutely fine. Get a black f430 and it is not too flashy. if that's what you want, go for it, if anything these cars are easier to pull off when younger.

I wouldn't want to leave anything exotic in a train station car park all day. I guess the Merc blends in quite well and is less likely to attract unwanted jealous attention because of it.
A Lambo, R8 or Ferrari will inevitably get a lot of attention and no doubt some pleb taking a selfie standing on the bonnet and posting it everywhere.
How about a Maserati Quattroporte in black - cool as fk.

From what I've read from your replies you fancy something with a bit more of a prestigious badge, so how about a Maserati MC Stradale it's within you budget , a great drive usable everyday or if you want four seats get a 4.7S I fit in fine being 6'7 & they have an almighty soundtrack once you press the sport button.

DBS is a good choice, stunning car!
What about an R8?
intrigued to know what you do spending up to 90K on a car at 26 is a pretty nice position to be in!
I think he runs a dating website. What about an R8?

Vexed.
31yrs, 6feet.
Also I lent my mate my DB9 (being 6'7 I never felt truly comfortable I couldn't get the seat back far enough so in the end only had it for a few months) he could pick up his mate from the airport long story short he couldn't get the suitcase in the car!!! He borrowed my friends Maser & the case fitted no problem.
Having had both I'd say the Maser is a better everyday car than the Aston but both are great cars you just need to workout what you need from the car & then you'll be able to decide what suits you.

I still say a Maserati MC Stadale or 4.7S they have the badge & legroom they're proper four seaters they can be used everyday plus the great exhaust note.

The masterati is a great shout, badge, noise, looks but my business partner has one so a non starter! Also I lent my mate my DB9 (being 6'7 I never felt truly comfortable I couldn't get the seat back far enough so in the end only had it for a few months) he could pick up his mate from the airport long story short he couldn't get the suitcase in the car!!! Your right though about the dbs I didn't feel I could get the seat back far enough which would make the Manuel version in particular a little tedious!
