Nope. It's a higher trim level (RS/R/RS/AMG) with the suitable peformance and speciality upgrades.

It's not "seriously overpriced" because it hasn't been overly inflated for no apparent reason by non main dealer traders or private sellers.

No I would agree it not seriously overpriced but in my view just overpriced. Those performance figures are not particularly impressive, not that they're really the point of the car but seeing as you quoted them that would be outpaced by a few cars that can be had for a fraction of the cost.

It's not even "overpriced" in the context of this thread though. If it were up for 300k for no apparent reason then it would be overpriced. 
No idea what the final price will be, but it's way past logical now
