They were horrible vehicles, I'd rather have an Allegro.

Don't care how rare it is but £10k for a mk1 MX-5 that's not got a turbo or suprcharger is ridiculous.

I got one of these sat rusting in the garage, I'll sell it tomorrow for £2500 wink

You may joke about it but I struggled to find a rot free MX-5 for £2k. Almost all of them had a "bit of bubbling" from the wings and sills at and below that price point. I did however want an NA with either the early 1.6 or the 1.8. A few cars I saw in the flesh were not that great.

In the end I bought the car below for £2.3k including the hard top and spares. I've not seen anything really comparable for the money out there since. The miles however would have put off many people I suspect despite it being near enough rebuilt.

I will admit that £10k is excessive even for a mint NA. But there are people out there who are obsessed over the mileage of the car as well.

It isn't actually one of the 16 UK cars though.
If it's not then he should not be advertising it as so.

I very much doubt a non UK car would reach this price considering the mileage.

Does the seller's avatar also count as using the Mrs to sell a car?

Not sure what planet the seller is on, I'd say at the very best it's worth £10k

Pretty much an old Ford pre-1980 is probably 25-50% overpriced.

I'd urge anyone seriously considering blowing their load on that to do their research into the selling garage

Numerous tales of woe to be told I believe

Thoughts on this?

Limited, yes, but twice the price of a "regular" car?

Just what I was about to post.

Ok its 1 of 25 worldwide and 1 of 5 in the UK but that doesn't make it worth anywhere near that IMO.

It just looks like he couldn't afford a 918 Spyder and tried to make a 675lt look like one.
