2011 SLK, Cat S repaired, £18,500?

Alternatively you could have the same car, but not a previous write off and with a dealer warranty for £10,000 less.

That Merc must be the winner of the thread, realistic winner I say. Someone could want 10k for an old rusty Grenada but they think it’s a classic, this is a 9 year old 1.8 Merc on unoriginal alloys for 18,500!!! Who the hell is going to pay that???? Forget the fact it’s a Cat S/C as well. Absolutely ridiculous https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201...

To be fair, difficult to value. It is a half-way decent attempt, and from the pictures, the workmanship looks decent. But £85k for a BMW Z3 made to look like an old Ferrari? I'll pass, thanks.AstonZagato said:

there's always idiots out there, someone comes into a bit of money and thinks "oh i'll buy a nice car" then goes to their local dealership and the rest is just persuasion by a salesman Lily the Pink said:

It could be interesting to see how they're aligned on a LHD car.Integroo said:

I have no idea what this is, but it cannot be worth 50k, can it?
