Oh man! I'd have to sell the car. I couldn't live with that.
Me neither. And I feel bad because now Mr lestat has seen it, he can never unsee it.
Spoilt it for me.......... ah well it’s still got that AMG V8 and 420 bhp even if the dash isn’t symmetrical

To be fair, the V8 goodness should nullify the effects. Enjoy the silliness of big power in a little car

I've bought a couple. Cheap taxis.

What would you like to know?
Do they drive well?

Do they incur more problems?

I assume you're going to say positive things as you do buy them haha

To be fair, difficult to value. It is a half-way decent attempt, and from the pictures, the workmanship looks decent. But £85k for a BMW Z3 made to look like an old Ferrari? I'll pass, thanks.
it is damn lovely, in that same way that a very nice Cobra rep. is still a very nice car.

However, are the stories about Ferrari getting these sort of things confiscated and crushed true, or can that only be applied in certain countries?
It’s okay looking as long as you don’t mind the proportions being miles off the original. Too tall and too narrow.

PT56ALS is a private plate and allegedly worth £1000? scratchchin Did he press the '0' button 3 times by accident?

Why has he only done 3k in it in 10 years? Did he suddenly have a light bulb moment and think that it would appreciate in value if he didn't use it? Seems so as he's said he'll store it for another 10 years if it doesn't sell. Is it going to be worth more than what it is now in another 10 years time? scratchchin I have my doubts.

Also a contender for the 'things that annoy you beyond reason' thread - stupid people that don't make any attempt to get the subject they're photographing fully within the frame

And according to the ad, it's so original that it even has the original tyres still on it.

That'll be four new tyres needed immediately then.

Wonder if it still has the original engine oil too?

That's been for sale with that dealer at that sort of price for a very very long time. Can't think why it hasn't sold.

Looking at it the vents and display are offset to the centre console

Sorry - that’s exactly it.. two different designers perhaps?

Blooooooooooody hell. How is that even possible?!
Mercedes have been doing that since at least the early 1990s. Look at the W140/C140 S-Class/CL they have very offset vents to the rest of the dash. And the SL R129. Not saying that's a good thing, but it's not new. Maybe not translated well to the newer cars.

Probably people's OCD is more pronounced now in today's culture?!

I popped into that dealer a while back. Ignoring the prices every car was nothing like the photos. They were in poor condition.

Haha, the mirrors always trigger my OCD. As does the W140 offset dash and now the screen on the SLK. FMOCDL!
