I know nothing about this era Civic, but £22,500 seems seriously overpriced to me!
"250bhp" N/A B18 but no pictures of the engine? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Civic-EF9-Sir-JDM...

Ok so only 79 miles, but £20k for Bedford Astravan!
Unless they can find someone who is extremely wealthy and just happens to have a private collection or museum of the dullest automobiles ever created I think this might be hanging around for quite some time.

I'll never understand why things like this exceed their original price. It's hardly an appreciating object is it? Pure greed. Use that over a couple of years the underside will sure know about it, the odometer will read 15k miles and the same dealer will give you £1k cash trade, completely wiping any value it supposedly had.
Amazingly pointless exercise.
It's like a new scam that no one talks about.
