It's a hard one to gauge. In Avant form they're incredibly rare and prices have been all over the place for years. I nearly bought a slightly ropey one for £2800 about 10 years ago, and now even utter sheds are over £6k.
I think it's probably over the odds, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a late ABY engined 6-speed Avant going for ~£12k in good nick.
Good points all round ... though I definitely wouldn't baulk quite so much if it were priced at £12k

Ladies and gentleman I gave you a gold 2002 996 turbo (with a stuck on S badge) for £88k

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Porsche-911-996-Turbo-X...

I would draw your attention to the interior pictures to truly appreciate this unique investment opportunity
It is safe to say this car is a complete one off, there will be no other 911 of this nature in existence, rest assured.

Well I sure hope so, ridiculous pricing you can get a 991 Turbo S for that money in a decent colour scheme on a 1/3 of the mileage or spend another 6k and have a 991 GT3.

"No expense spared". Its been serviced twice in the last 12 years...

This is what I'll never get.
Being featured somewhere or being owned by a certain person does not make a car more valuable. It's still the same car..
It works both ways.... Jimmy Savile's Rolls Royce wasn't the same car after his conviction..... it plummeted in price and had to have two more owners on it just to remove his name from the V5....
Same situation with his house in Scotland. Would be worth a bit if it wasn't for the daily spray painting and brick through the window.

“The car is faultless, it has been kept in a de humidified barn all the time I've owned it, I spoke to the first owner when I first got the car and they confirmed that they'd kept it in a garage as well which would explain why the paint is little faded“

Wouldn’t it fade if was kept outside in sunlight, crazy price agreed

I do like it, particularly on the standard steel wheels. I reckon it's worth £4-5k at a push from a dealer.

That's possible, but still strong money. I didn't know they had GTi seats too.
