It's a scrapper/ breaker. Cr5p paint, interior and wrong wheels. It's just an old Audi estate car.
What is it with the Porsche wheels anyway??

MOT expires in less than 3 weeks.

2018 MOT: “ Vehicle structure is deformed but structural rigidity is not significantly reduced (6.1.1 (a) (i))”

2019 MOT: “ Vehicle structure is corroded but structural rigidity is not significantly reduced (6.1.1 (c) (i))”

The owner sounds like a retard or is high as fk asking that much for an old Audi that needs lots of work. Never seen so many spelling mistakes in an advert!

It wasn't long ago you could get an actual S2 for less than that.

I like the Porsche wheels and they're era appropriate but they look st on the 80 Avant and aren't worth even close to £2.5k.

So it will be instantly obvious its a fake / replica or whatever since its not got the tradational McLaren F1 central driving position.

Also, why show the McLaren F1 photos when its not even finished and wont even look anything like it when its done.

Good spot - not to mention lack of a V12 engine (sure that a turbo four banger sounds indistinguishable from a normally aspirated V12). But at least it has “Perrreli” tyres - so confidence inspiring...

Another great find. I must get the turd magnet out more often.

Hideous panel gaps, home made badly welded inlet/throttle body and turbo pipe and an air filter from an industrial vacuum cleaner which has never been changed.
A real sorry looking pos. £75 to take it away to the crusher..

Guaranteed profit for someone as he says it’ll be worth upwards of £100k when it’s done.
Stupid not to buy it, to be honest.

Picture 1 is a real McLaren. Pictures 2, 3 and 4 look like a finished version of the kit (although there is only supposed to be one). I thought, at that point, 'not my cup of tea, and wouldn't pay anything like £30k for it, but that kit doesn't look too bad'. Then pictures 5 onward are of what you would actually be buying. Yikes.

They were about £45K new (and this one only has 283 miles on the clock), and there were only 99 of them worldwide.

So perhaps not an insane price.

Just because it's rare doesn't mean it's desirable, collectable or any good. LOTS of other great cars for £50k!
