Am yet to see another parked S2000!

Managed this a good few years ago, they are all Astra Sri-Turbo's. Only 50 ever made in red, mine was the right one.

Anyone beat a triple smile
As you sort of "cheated" by using a Vauxhall show ,how about a quad amongst 47 iirc in total.

couldn't manage same colour
That must be a special edition as I'm sure there were far more than 47 escort cosworths in the uk ? Monte Carlo ?
I still have an itch to scratch with one of those. They came out when I turned 17, and I spent hours with my nose to the windows of the old Swindon ford showroom. They had a mallard example with leather.
I see they're going up in value now too
Sorry,you misunderstood,or I typed it wrong.

47 Escort RS Cosworths gathered at Brunters in one day.

Yep, I do this as well..

(I know the last two are Mk2s rather than Mk1s, but it's the thought that counts!)

I was once going down the M1 in my 996.

Low and behold I suddenly realise I am in this convoy with myself, a 997, 986 and a Cayenne.

Was gobsmacked and couldn't even take a picture.

On topic...

I used to do this with my ZT-T and still do it with my F. It's not as much fun with more normal cars like my Landy.

Geek question. Why has the ZT in the bottom picture got small Rover wheels on it? Winter tyres?

A couple of weeks ago I saw a rather flustered bloke trying to get in to a white Holden Captiva (Vauxhall Antera) in the car park at work. He couldn't get the door open. When he pressed the lock button to sound the horn and the white Captiva 4 spaces down beeped I couldn't help laughing smile

I play this on long motorway journeys in my E36 3-Series, every now and then I can manage a temporary convoy of three or four generations of 3-Series in order. I doubt I'd ever manage every single generation though, E21s and E30s are hard to spot these days!

Impromptu same-model convoys are where it's at.

Yes, I know that is terrible grammar.
