Depends on who you believe. German and Italian manufacturers tend to quote dry weight to look better. In the US, the magazines quote weight with fluids even if manufacturers don't. There, the Golf R is quoted at 1515kg and the A45 at 1555kg. The Focus hasn't hit a weigh bridge but should be in between once you remove the 75kg driver that Ford quote for their 1599kg.

My mistake. I was thinking of the Mk5 R32 which was over 1600kg in reality! The Mk4 was around 1520kg once you actually added oil, brake fluid, PAS fluid etc to VW's claimed weight.
