Another barometer of Mike Brewer from his recent tweets?

mikebrewer: "Leaving @O2 and waiting for someone to offer a good package...c'mon @VodefonUK @TMobile @EE come get me"

ThreeUK: "@mikebrewer Excellent, excellent point ;-) What are you looking for?"

mikebrewer: "@threeuk a special VIP deal"

FFS - these third-rate celebrities feel they are owed some kind of preferential treatment - how very James and Ola Jordan biggrin

I used to like, actually probably a bit strong, I was indifferent to Mike Brewer - recent exposure to him on Twitter has swayed me to think he is indeed an ahole in real life!
I just saw that. That puts him in the same bracket as the reality "stars" who demand cheap and free stuff. Don't you know who I am!

Some times his facebook rants when some one asks a question are a bit over the top aswell.

I like other like WD but I watch It for Edd not Mike

This thread was... Interesting, but it needs Mike to comment, or a bullet.

Certainly wouldn't want it to vanish in a fit of legalese should Haymarket get spooked by Mike's lawyers.
Haymarket can't get spooked, Brewer wrote everything that's been repeated in black and white and broadcast it himself to 70,000 followers.

Send any legal letters to me, I'll publish them. smile

But at least MB has not been on this thread blatantly advertising his business, and we only have your side of a rather pathetic story.

But as they say bad publicity and all that.
She comes across like a child who has had too many Smarties, sometimes in life the less said the better.

You should have mentioned that to Brewer before he started Tweeting his threats to me.

Why should she? I know some PHers don't like her approach to business, but if challenged, why shouldn't any PHer be allowed to explain themselves? I saw that some armchair psychiatrist idiot above has given her a Web-diagnosis of 'sociopath.'

(FWIW, I like Wheeler Dealers, and I think MB got the wrong end of the stick, and then the red mist descended).

Couldn't agree more, neither of you are covering yourselves in glory IMO.

I agree. She didn't start this thread and she didn't start the fight with Mike Brewer.

I'd pay good money to see Mike Brewer eat the st his mouth spouts every time he contaminates my TV screen. Can't stand the man. And why is it these "cheeky chappy" C list celebrities always turn out to be utter s in real life?
Really? Do you know him in real life?

Whether he is C list or not is irrellevant. He is where he is because he does TV that people want to watch and he has a certain talent for what he does.
Do you know him? Or are you just sucking up to him because he's on the telly? It cuts both ways, innit?
No I don't know him, but then i'm not claiming too.

Can you not see the difference? I'm not sucking up to him at all, i'm simply saying that you don't really have enough information about him to say that he is a **** in real life.
Why he is where he is is also irrelevant. You have no defence of the man because you don't know him either. We can all make a judgement based on the persona he projects on the TV show which made him a minor celebrity with a few quid. Mine is that he's an ignorant, mouthy knob.

It is all a bit like Alan Partridge trying to score free stuff from Fosters Menswear and Dolphin Bathrooms.

"A Special VIP Deal"

Please tell me that was tongue in cheek.

We can all make a judgement. The difference is you choose too whereas I don't.

A few people in this thread could be doing with a sense of humour transplant. Ling appears to be pretty harmless and has responded well to MB

Ling is a genius. Mike. Well......
They both have great attributes and from where I'm standing are successful in fulfilling their respective dreams and aspirations....lucky people all things considered.
A real positive outcome would be for Ling and MB to make a show together....kind of a consumer show about car buying which covers all options...bangernomics....auction purchasing......'deal the dealer'.............polish a few quid in for a quick flip....investment purchases....oh, yeah, and lease deals of course .... etc etc.....
I'm ex motor trade and I'll help construct/script it if you like.....for a small consideration (not a good deal on a Citroen C1 BTW)....stranger things have happened.......

That sentence would mean a lot more without the at symbols
What does the at symbol do?

Without the @ symbols, none of the phone companies would have seen it. Think of it as an email address.
