Some chosen for their personalities rather than being directly car related, but all known car/bike enthusiasts at least.
Cracking choices, add James May and keep me a seat please.

In a conversation with friends a while ago where we had to choose one person from any walk of life I chose James Hunt.

I stand by that choice.

I think this should be people that are alive, or the conversation may be rather forced.

Ross Brawn and Eddie Irvine. Then perhaps maybe I'd find out of Schumacher really did have special tyres on his Ferraris !!!

That makes me want a new list.

Rubens Barrichello
Eddie Irvine

(to find out about a lot if Ferrari related secrets)

And then add
Guy Martin
Chris Harris
Tom Kristenson.

The last 3 purely for interest and entertainment entertainmen.

Michael Scumacher
Jim Glickenhaus
Ross Brawn
Luca DiMontezemelo
Bernie Ecclestone.

If I was more Ferrari centric I'd swap out Bernie for Old Man Enzo and if I was being less of a tifosi I'd swap Michael for Ian Callum and Luca DiMontezemelo for Harry Metcalfe

I'd be necking pints of Dr O'Reilly's Blitzkreig Me109 with:

James Hunt
Peter Wheeler
Stirling Moss
Niki Lauda
Donald Campbell

The World will be put to rights. The pub will be destroyed.

Some great suggestions. Mr Harris is very popular, I don't know the guy obviously but If Monkey's videos are any representation of his personality a night out would be a good laugh. Jethro from EVO seems a good guy too. In fact those two plus Chris Evans strike me as the next Top gear team.....

Guy Martin is a popular choice. James Hunt too. Had too many beers to spreadsheet it again though.

Get the rounds in Stiggy. (Would have to give him a note on the drinks tray).

And at the next table -
George Best
Jimi Hendrix
Ari Vatanen
Keith Richards
Gerry Marshall

And the whole place swarming with totty.

Edit - with Jack Dee as barman.
This lot haven't been home yet, still there from last night.

I've decided I need a lively night in the pub ,so I've invited Enzo Ferrari and Ferruccio Lamborghini.

Neither of them know the other is coming.
