Y6 OGB on a late '00's era / shape VW Golf, that had been modified to look like a GTI and then hit with the usual VAG "scene" mods, in Woking on Wednesday afternoon.

Spaced as Y 6O GB.

Why Go GB?

BR18 TOL on a Range Rover!

Ok if it wasn’t in Bristol!! Should have bought BR15 TOL if they wanted it.
Maybe that's just a random number plate. Ya know, nothing more than a means of identifying when and where a vehicle was first registered and who the current keeper is...

After all anybody with a reading age of more than six or seven would laugh their socks off at someone trying to spell anything using numbers.

It’s not the original plate.

So it’s actually LM07 YOU and they’ve made the L in to an I and there doesn’t seem to be any hint of it being an L?!

Well I was kinda hoping that's all it was but given its on one of the most heavy featured marques on here I have to admit the odds were stacked heavily against me.

That spells Crackers? rofl

If you sounded the individual phonics for him my four and a half year old grandson could do better than that with his alphabet fridge magnets. He wouldn't need any of the number ones either...

I quite like that. I mean, if I saw it I’d get the Crackers thing, but I’d also be thing “I wonder if he knows his plate kind of says ‘Crackers’.

I reckon a psychiatrist might like but too. Or a psycho...

Or the office comedian....

It's not c124ppy because it's presented in a legal format

Also it just looks like a random issue

And that's all it is. The C124PPY aspect only arises when the Platee tries to pretend it's not a random plate but it's something special instead.

In my eyes it is not a cr4ppy plate, nor a c00l plate, just a random issued plate. But it is also legally spaced, not pretending to be something it isn't, and to you it is a c00l plate, therefore it is a cool plate. Enjoy it!

Not badly spaced but uploaded mainly for the massive / crappy "RS" logo on the plate. As if it wasn't already obvious it's an RS laugh

Saw a Velar the other day with K9 0H YH on those odd grey-shaded plates.

There was also a huge yellow 'DOGS IN TRANSIT' sticker across the back bumper.

Questionable number plate WOG1 by Jim Pritchard, on Flickr
Ah, those good old pre-pc days !
Yes, this gets a decent mention in the .banned' section of Woodall & Heaton's book. WOG 17 is also in existence, and it was also issued with a T suffix as late as 1978 - I guess that dates the point where it entered the language as an offensive word.
