Technically yes. But on the balance of probability, I strongly doubt someone with a young child (and all the associated stuff they need) or a physical disability would own such a car. I'm therefore sticking to my original opinion of 'parking/number plate knob'

M100WTF on my neighbour’s RRS. He was rather proud of the WTF standing for ‘what the fk’. Not something I want to try and explain to my young children. but each to their own I guess.

I cant get it to show up on the dvla database, any guesses as to what the reg is, it looks exactly as written?
