But just like every other illegal plate in the thread the Platee must genuinely believe they can alter a registration to spell something otherwise they'd pretty quickly recognize what an epic fail it is and not even bother trying.

I wonder if folk space their numberplate like this because it means something (what this one means, I'm not sure, unless it's a Chesney Hawks super fan - one and only and all that...) or just because it happens to spell out a word.
