Couldn't decide where to put this one -

TES 14R on a model X last night, purchased for just £450 in 2011 a great investment I'd say.

As it's a Mercedes, shouldn't it be RU5TY 5ILLZ?

I'm sure Cosworths (and Fords in general) must have the highest proportion of rubbish plates on them.
No, it's 'prestige' stuff. Mercs, BMW's, Audis, Range Rovers etc. Read through the thread.
yes Exactly the case in the Essex Badlands.

It's actually quite unusual in much of the county to spot a Range Rover or aspirational Teutonic Uberwagon with a legal plate.

I can't decide whether the 5 is butchered to be a 6 with a black screw cap.

I saw one the other day on it's original 53 plate. It was a dark metallic green Vogue on the standard wheels - reminded me of how nice RR's used to be.

2 local ones this morning:

T50MY J / T50 MYJ on a blacked out & partially pimped, BMW 5 series, at Sainsbury's Watchmoor Park. "Tommy J" had been helpfully printed along the bottom of the plate laugh

"Tsomy J's" illegally tinted windscreen also matched up well with the equally dark cloud of diesel soot that was beleching out of the rear end banghead

H10LY T / H10 LYT on a Merc C Class soft top - Similar to the one above, "Holly T" was helpfully printed along the bottom of the plate.

Yeah there's either a black cap or an intentional bit of feint black print there. I assume it's meant to read "Mo Gillz".

Where do you find out what people paid for their Reg Numbers? Just curious.

Saw this on a Tesla yesterday. Thought it was quite good actually!
It's all a matter of personal taste I suppose. It does nothing for me apart from suggest that the owner is a self righteous, pretentious t**t IMHO

If it was from a DVLA auction, just look up past auctions & sold search, put the plate in & you get the price etc.
If it's not from them, I don't think you can get it.

Just seen HA1DEE P on an Evoque. How does that work?

Probably should be HA10 EEP?

Edited to add - yes it's HA10 EEP. How can they make the 0 look like a D?

U N0 2 CRY - Silver X5.

Can't fathom the thought process to want to drive around displaying that.

Now, I'm not suggesting it's crappy, but it got me wondering if it was a deliberate selection or just the plate that was issued to it.

Spotted on the back of a Piaggio scooter.
