Some white SUV thing or other, 'parked' in the middle of my street, driver talking to a neighbour. Then getting huffy when someone wanted to get past in a car. Weirdly, if she had parked it on one side of the street or the other, instead of slap-bang in the middle of the road, it wouldn't have been a problem.

There's ample proof both here and various other driving/parking/behaving like a weapons-grade penis threads on PH backed up by a veritable tsunami of evidence in the real world that a significant proportion of the UK population aren't exactly firing on all six and are further crippled by their sense of self importance and entitlement.
