Jesus, what a positive approach to his work from this "gentlemen". I wonder if he nicked that pushbike to get him to the job as he seems to leave it behind...

With fondness I recall the recent "do you lock your car" thread. Surprisingly quite a few people don't bother with that sort of thing.

My car was broken into outside my house in Horfield, Bristol.
They stole a Goodmans CD player that didn't work. Left the £100 squash racket, and toolbox - both of which were on the back seats. Morons.
A mates sister had her car stolen years back (somewhere west midlands iirc). She got back to find that they'd left her tapes (yes, it was years back). I recall her musical taste being the crooning of Michael Bolton ...They stole a Goodmans CD player that didn't work. Left the £100 squash racket, and toolbox - both of which were on the back seats. I guess the pub car park value of a broken Goodmans CD player is much the same as a functional one, and more than a squash racquet or tool box. They stole a Goodmans CD player that didn't work. Left the £100 squash racket, and toolbox - both of which were on the back seats. Morons.
Years ago I got my CB stolen.
I also had all the petrol siphoned from my mini. Fuel reading was never that great on the mini and I thought it was playing up as usual. Got just out of the village and it conked out. Informed police and some bloke got arrested and admitted to stealing mine and some others (was using it to fill his escort to get home). Went to court and I got compensation of about £3! Well it was a while back.

I know someone who owned an old Landrover. On multiple occasions, his fog lights were stolen.
After around the third time, he discretely attached razor blades to the back of the lights. One morning, he got to the vehicle and saw blood all over the lights.
They were never stolen again.
