Car against bike always makes for a good race, so where better to start this week's episode? We're back at Alconbury for a quarter-mile sprint, with the bike represented by a Yamaha R1 and the car by a Citroen DS3 World RX car. Just for an added bit of spice, there's a supercharged Atom too. It's an interesting race...

Got off the line a little to lively and had to shut off to bring the front down.
Upon discussion a quickshifter would have made it a little closer.
Bare in mind she's a cantankerous old 1998 bike, with a 21stone lump on her (who is racing in his Rookie season).
Felt she did ok in the circumstances.
Once she is stripped down and rebuilt over the winter with a few little extras on her she will be a lot more competitive.

Great stuff chaps - as other posters say, you now look natural and it flows very well.

I like the S class coupe - I wonder when they will hit the barge 1-5 thread?!
