I definitely think you can get bored of it, or at least completely 'normalised' by the whole thing. Days like driving a Chiron, or finding surprises to drive like the F50 or SLS Black Series obviously stand out but I get a lot of people asking why I fly and truck cars to places - and the reason is that there's only so much time you can sit on a motorway! I'm currently doing around 70-80k miles p/a I would guess as it is, plus 100 flights, the last thing I want is even more hours driving from London to Paris/Dusseldorf/Amsterdam etc.

In a way it becomes like any job; sometimes you just do it because it's your living. Obviously I try to enjoy what I'm doing as much as possible and mostly as you see it's amazing fun but there's also a lot of boring bits behind the scenes; meetings, Skype calls, documentation, admin type stuff etc. I don't see a long term in the current lifestyle, or if I do I'm going to burn out very soon. One fun thing, a few days ago I was driving an F12tdf and I decided not to make a video of it which was an amazingly refreshing experience being able to enjoy the chance rather than panicking about camera angles and editing.

Sounds like you need to hire a Schmee Jnr to delegate some or most of the workload to.

He doesn't even sound convinced in himself - Ok, so property can work, but how much do you need to spend each year in running costs, interest, tax etc, against a 10 year growth to get a $125k gross return? Rinse and repeat until you retire?

I still think he's in "importation" and doing all of this as a cover.

I've found that true of anything Ive made a career from to be brutally honest. I think if you're of a driven nature then nothing you do is ever really where you want to be, even with the odd highlight thrown in.

Haha I was actually wondering how long it would take for it to start grating on people, didn't intend for the intros to all be similar but it just sort of happens now.Glad you like the content, appreciate it. Lots to come, (as much as fitting it in on the weekends allows!)

TGE video's are very good. Camera work and editing is top notch, but short and sweet and refreshing that you dont pretend to know every small minute detail about the cars and just admit that elements your not interested in. Quite funny compared to the youtubers that get over excited about every single fact on a car.
