BBB though will always have the salient elements that make it a series; think it's good to have a mix of both, and the fitness/food elements distance me from 'just' being a car bore. Which in real life I'm not either. And the guys that watch my videos (97% are male) aren't just into cars either, there are a lot of shared interests in this demographic which I will happily cater too within what I'm into also.

To be honest I am now officially bored of them all besides TGE. Shmee, whilst as I have said, is no doubt a great guy, REALLY needs stop saying "sort of". Sort of air vents I'm sure he said on a recent video?? What??

The others are all nice enough but the formula to me is predictable. In my view TGE has the personality to persist in making stuff entertaining. But that's just my opinion. Everyone is different. It's not like we all have the same friends

I do realise however that two months from now I may hate him AND his beard.

Tell me about it, I'm 'sort of' locked into consistently saying that in videos far too frequently and it has to stop but it's harder than you think! As a running joke, I get told the number of times I say it in each video and it's worrying.

You probably won't need two months to start hating me and the beard, a couple of weeks does the trick for most.

Looked around that car at Redline a few weeks back as a mate was interested in it. Lovely lovely car. As for the new purchaser, possibly the most annoying person on the planet. After that Seb chimp. I've watched "standard" media over the course of my life and rarely have I found myself shouting at the TV or radio. I've no idea where these "youtubers" are bred from but for the most part watching 90% of the videos actually instills a rage in me. Not wishing to join to the e-rimming he gets on here, but TGE is about the only one I can watch and not have a desire to punch my laptop to bits.

Good luck to all of them if they are (genuinely) earning the beans from the whole enterprise, and those who watch this stuff enthusiastically. Not my bag.

As for Archie's car - I absolutely love the R8 V10 Plus, and for that level of money, it's a no brainer. Considering he will do plenty of miles too, that car is a winner. Spec awesome too. For all the abuse he gets on here too, try to meet the chap and I can guarantee you'll change your tune. He's actually a nice chap and good value to be around. He's obviously doing something right on YT too, it's flying!

Why the intense dislike for him (Archie Hamilton)? Not watched any of his stuff yet but I think he has appeared in other videos and he seems ok. Is everybody just jumping on a bandwagon?

I too am no fan of Archie, he is trying way too hard to play out the formula that others have done before.

The thing is with his racing background, his father’s company and access to some serious cars plu the amazing achievement of his grandfather at LeMans, he could forge out a really unique channel focused more towards the racing world and the classics that are cluttering up family garage.

If he could get his presentation skills sorted and marketed himself properly I suspect he could get access to some serious racing machinery, the owners of which would probably welcome the publicity. Plus this could possibly get him back into racing by giving him a chance to showcase his skills to racing teams

Watch some of videos, he does make you cringe plus for someone in his mid twenties he comes across as very immature

Yes, perhaps it is a bit negative. Just chucking in my tuppence. As I say, on the positive, if they are earning anything at all from the whole thing then its more than I have ever earned off the internet, even involving 1 cup.

Fair play to them in making it work for them, just not my bag. My point of surprise is how I find the majority of the car vloggers to be annoying. Mainstream media doesn't have that effect on me so it fascinates me why a high % of these people do, often for similar reasons. Perhaps its me and not them. As TGE says, in the real world I might think they are sound enough.
