I think there is a big fear of missing out thing going on here for the manufacturers.

It is difficult to quantify the benefit of having a bunch of teenagers droll over your products. It's easy to be dismissive but how many people who buy Ferraris had a picture of an F40 on their wall or whatever else was contemporary - a lot I would say and this is similar, it positions them as an aspirational brand

That will be important when McLaren are making SUVs in 10 years

Says the finance was expensive, does not say the owner 'struggled to make payments'. I have seen that video before, really puts me off owning a Porsche full stop.
Is that not the same thing though? Or just the owners way of saying he can't afford it after expecting to make a gain by buying into the GT4 hype after a few months of ownership? Would someone really admit to over-spending in the vlog world or just say they fancied something different (and maybe abit cheaper if they didnt make a profit)

Not to me. My last holiday was 'expensive' but I did not 'struggle to pay' for it.

channel called "Boosted" did this. He used to do gaming videos now does car ones. He doesn't do that many at the moment as he has had to get a job lol

Seb Delanney seems quite lost when he's not collabing with the others. He (his parents) 'hired' an 'editor' recently which is understandable as he's very busy doing, erm, dunno. That guy's brought a drone and some colour grading to the table. Looks like Seb was a bit lonely and wanted a friend so his parents bought him one. It's also good for his ego because he thinks he's (a Poundland version of) Jon Olsson who is actually busy and rich enough to pay someone to help him.
savage level 2 but lol'ing hard

Still a great read this thread for everyones input, Would be good if SOL and others could comment but I wouldnt expect it

Yes but thats you, not the GT4 'owner' unless you know his finances or are him?

But youre quite right though, nobody has ever over stretched themselves to give off a perceived lifestyle, no sire, not one case whatsoever

Yikes, this got unpleasant.

And in response to earlier jibes, maybe I'm never 100% about my job title & happily throw people off the scent because it's really of no relevance to anyone. I have a full time job, in the city, in London.
If I was a trader would I be wise to admit it in an enormous public online capacity? As it is I get 92830823408234 DM's a day asking me how 'to trade' - fuelled no doubt by the Instagram trading/scamming craze we seem to be seeing.
You put yourself out there, in published articles, as being 'The City’s Busiest Worker', yet fail to disclose what your job is in the city. You don’t think that’s of any relevance to the article or to anyone reading it? Of course it’s relevant, that’s why there’s speculation and jibes. FYI, the city’s busiest worker, is no doubt some poor soul, who works 12 hours a day cleaning toilets and other janitor duties, then catches the bus home to look after dementia suffering parents, for the remaining 12hrs, including any holidays they may get.

That's not what I said, at all. I said that it's not clear from the evidence you provided that the GT4 'stretched' himself. Now you're just making up statements to make a point. Most odd.

Calm down dude (horse face), I am sure TGE knows he has it good.

I suspect his reluctance to disclose his exact position is probably down to contractual reasons and also his own personal security. There are a lot of nasty people out there in the business and real worlds who will use any info they can get against someone.

I would never disclose my company name on here. Too many weirdos let alone some stalker odd ball on youtube or competitor (or whatever).

In which case he needs to wise up a smidge, and not make such attention grabbing, narcissistic claims.

Erm, doesn't he run LDN Muscle? I assume that pretty much qualifies as full time. Products, books, personal training? I thought this was pretty apparent/obvious. Unless there is something else.

What we all want to know is are you ugly under that beard?

I agree there's people WAY busier, and people that add HUGE value to the world; ie emergency services, nurses, carers et al. Unlike myself. Fully aware of this and have never held myself out as anything other than what I am. Indeed even most parents with a full time job are busier than me! I have life easy on the scheme of things, & work pretty hard which I choose to do.

Square Mile asked me some questions about my life, which I was happy with, then published that, with that click-bait title. I had no pre approval of any copy and I stand by what I say in the article, as I was totally truthful and honest. I still also fail to accept my EXACT role is of tangible relevance to anyone - whether or not I clean the toilets or own the whole bank. The article was simply vague PR for LDNM & tbh not even worth reading.

Clearly I didn't write the article, angle it, or 'make' any claims whatsoever. Patience wearing thin. Stand by your box and prepare to get back in please. Really unneeded amount of aggro coming from you here.

Can we recap quickly what we know about TGE please?

I'll start
- city's busiest worker
- runs a supplement brand
- likes to sound street by using yufs vocabulary
- has a drop dead gorgeous boyfriend with whom he did that Lambo collection video

anything I've missed?

I have a fairly mundane 'desk job' in the city too, which is now being subjected to an unnecessary level of scrutiny by an online horse.

PR is usually paid for, yet you had no pre-approval? It reads like a paid-for article to me, promoting you and your business’.
