A petrol head (you) has come to a Petrol head website to ask petrol heads (like me) to watch a video you've made showing us around your holiday villa on the basis that if enough of those petrol heads watch it you get cheaper holiday?

You clearly enjoy making videos.
It's not your sole income
You must be working hard to somewhere to enjoy the lifestyle you lead
Car based videos for car fans
Watch based videos for watch fans
trainer based video for trainer fans
all done with refreshing honest humour
clearly not a 100% car channel....

Initial gambit above was slightly in jest. Although people with cars do go on holiday or nah?
I don't think that trip & subsequent video is barrel scraping. I didn't really go on holiday as a kid anyway so please do excuse some of my excitement. Overall feedback has been good suprisingly.

I feel like with TGETV even more so than the other channels, Tom and his lifestyle is why people watch. It's certainly not for the in depth comparative car reviews.

Lifestyle / travel is a natural extension and something I'd be trying super hard to get into.

Tom, if you play any computer games that's a vertical with a lot of audience.

Match Attax are huge at the moment, basically a modern day Panini sticker. My 8-year-old has been into them for a few years now, as are all his mates. He's having me spend £10-15 a week on them. Just bought him the Match Attax advent calendar actually.

My son has a youtube channel, he's 8, I administer it of course, get emails with all the comments etc. I did a "Match attax opening pack" video with him a few months back and it's now had over 10k views...small beer in comparison to the Youtubers posting on this thread but it boggles his mind...

Our youngest started to collect the Match Attax cards last year, but we only bought one pack a week for him, and he had to earn the rest.

He soon realised it was hard work for little gain so they were soon forgotten about, but the odd stary card turns up in random places once every week or so. We pulled one out of the ice in the bottom of freezer drawer last week.

Some drivers know a lot about cars some others know a lot less even technical stuff. To become F1 driver you need to start at a very young age and spend a lot of money. To know all the details of every car in the market you need to watch a lot of youtube reviews (or read many magazines in the past). I doubt he has time for this but I am sure he can drive these cars to their limits.

Clearly a member on here. And I assume he's trying really, desperately hard to make his channel hilariously funny and entertaining. But I just skimmed through the two (yes somehow he dragged it out to two) Countach videos and there's no content in them at all, just awkward dad jokes and bad editing. Very odd, good luck to him becoming the number one Car Reviewer.....
