"I'd rather be me than him" would have a lot more weight if you weren't watching his videos, commenting on them here, and then commenting on his comments on those videos. For the amount you seem to dislike him you do pay a lot of attention to what he says and does. Just sayin.

Totally different shows. Just because they're both based around cars doesn't mean they're after the same audience.
I'd suggest very few of TGE's audience watch Harry, and vice versa. I expect that has to do with the average ages of the audiences (and this thread).

Are you referring to the MR2 vs S2000 video? I had fun making that, but didn't really have fun editing/uploading it. Driving cars fast on the road whilst filming yourself isn't very wise IMO, I have a bad feeling its going to catch up with me one day. I see loads of YouTubers doing it, Matt Farrah's channel is basically just that, but maybe they can get away with it over there. One of my pals at work knows someone who had their house raided by the police for video evidence relating to them uploading motorcycle runs to YouTube. They were lairy, and a life was lost which sprung the investigation, but still, it's worrying.
You could say, just do it on track then, but that would be an expensive day out if we're comparing say 3 cars. Wouldn't be able to do it justice myself. Fifth Gear have a production team and funding from advertisers, I have 2 GoPros, a camera, and a 5 year old Macbook.
For reference, the MR2 vs S2000 video took a few hours to make, probably 6 or so to edit, and has pulled 31k views. $88 is the estimated revenue. Wouldn't even cover one of the cars to get there.

Have you seen there's a no timing ban at the Nurburg? You can't mention times or have timing equipment.
