What I'm learning is youtube is a rule to itself. I've produced some really nice content (for me) like the race at Knockhill vs Gordon Shedden and it's pretty much flopped on 60k views and very little uplift in sub numbers, yet the video from two weeks ago which was just 16 minutes of me talking is flying now at 215k and has added more subs than any other video.
Guess who will be making more lists this year
Lists are good for the 'tube. Top 10 this that and the rest. I keep meaning to do a list. Guess who will be making more lists this year
Let me know if you ever need help shredding some tyres btw...

Just watched archie hamilton's latrest video.
This seems like the 1st time he's actually been himself and gone into a video with any idea what he wants to get over rather than purely being tge's sidekick.
Fingers crossed he does start racing again because it was good to see him being himself for a change.

Kinda interesting top 11 list.Guess who will be making more lists this year
But when was the Falken FK452 ever a good tyre?
They were cheap but lasted half as long as a good tyre, and had really poor cold weather performance.
They literally had no redeeming features.

Really? I had them on one of my previous cars, they were alright. I thought they'd be pretty old by now though? But when was the Falken FK452 ever a good tyre?

Back in the day (mid 2000's) when they were relatively new to the market the FK452 was fairly well regarded, alongside the Toyo T1R and the Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta (the Vred came slightly later)But when was the Falken FK452 ever a good tyre?

When you were comparing them to the likes of the Michelin Pilot Sport 3, which was fairly trash, they did have a semi decent price / performance ratio. Sadly, as the game moved on, Falken and Toyo definitely didn't
Staggered by the content that Galpomondrin is putting out of late. It's just so obvious that it's paid content, but isn't advertised as so.
Two full videos waxing lyrical about the Galpin Rocket tuned Mustang thing, talking about how great Fisker is - seriously?! For 6 months you've been ripping into him in the shows and podcasts, but now it's okay to suck his balls because it's paid for. And don't get me started on the full length video about how the new Lincoln Continental is better than a Bentley Mulsanne. Christ man, have some self respect.
It's all well and good that he needs/wants this content, but it really does need to be advertised as paid content as it's so obvious.
Views seem to be down 30% this month though, maybe people are finally clocking it. I barely watch any of his stuff any more. I mean he's got a 720S, AMG GT R and Huracan Performante in his garage but hasn't featured them for ages. He featured the Carrera GT but.... oh wait yeah that was painted by Galpin.
I actually enjoyed the Raptor and off-roading stuff recently too, but... yep Galpin again.
Re: Seb's last video comments - brutal indeed. But some truth there, the content is weak at best.

Having driven my car from Leek to Macclesfield on Saturday morning, I can add more raw data to your Michelin Cup 2's in the cold and wet. 305 section ones aquaplane, quite a lot as it turns out.
Yeah they're not brilliant in the wet, but still probably the best track day tyre. Something like a Trofeo R would be truly terrifying!dannyDC2 said:

Tim, you (or your car) appeared fleetingly in an 'Auto Addiction' video enjoying touristfahrten in the GT3, couple questions if I may?
https://youtu.be/wamV5lkLopU?t=7m46s
Blue STI overcooks into Brunnchen and you and a couple others have to take avoiding action. It does appear you have a 'pack' of cars chasing you, does that happen a lot when you head out? Joe mentioned a similar issue when he was driving the GT8 on the road trip.
Secondly, where was the rear plate? It was bearing the number, just looked like a bit of paper stuck on!
Thirdly, good to see it getting driven like it's supposed to. Not a garage queen
