Doesn't seem like a leon to me, the grill lines seem much sharper on a leon

Not sure of a Mercedes either, the styling seems to match but the fog lights seem to be very close to the grill on mercs and should be visible in that chunk

Guessing it's this bit of the bumper. Not this model (a Fiesta), but the piece leading toward the wheelarch from the foglight surround (the black part)

Seems more of a grill to me, never seen a foglight surround with a honeycomb pattern, could be wrong though

Take it into a body shop mate.
They should identify that instantly and maybe even have had an enquiry from the stbag who wrecked your car.....
Ring round all the body shops in your area while you are at it.

It might be easier if you take the picture from the front with the piece in the orientation it's likely to be on the actual car.

From the rear shot it looks like there's a curve in there for a headlight surround, but from the front on shot that's impossible to see.

There's also what looks to be a sort of wheelarch shape to it (from the rear shot) that will hopefully help you orientate it correctly?

Looks like part of a new focus ST, the honeycomb effect and general shape makes me think that as well as the colour.

No doubt I'm wrong but there's not much to go on!

Looks too short in curvature to be a front bumper, I think more likely to be a rear corner. But of course I could be wrong...

This is what made me think Leon, but the "Flick" of the fog light grill goes the wrong way

From the way it's broken, it appears to fibreglass which generally means it's an aftermarket kit.

99.9% of cars have plastic - impact absorbing bumpers that don't shatter.
