Quite impressive for a Mini. Most do minimal mileage. My 1987 Mini is only on 52k so still a long way to go.

I left my phone on site and popped out to collect something the other day.

Whilst out the mileage on the Box went to 66,666. My trip is matched to the odometer. Plus it was 16 degrees on the outside temp reader. The mpg was reading 66.6 too. Finally the clock was 16:00.

So annoying that I'd left the phone behind.

This for me was pure chance, as I pulled into a car park space sometime last year.

Yes, I am the kind of person who resets the trip computer at the stroke of 10,000 miles.

And somewhere in my Photobucket account is the blurry photo of the time I got 123456 miles on my old e36 with 789.0 on the trip computer because I was bored enough to work out when I had to hit reset then as well.
Superb...

Sorry for atrocious camera phone quality

Could have been better with more foresight.

Just passed 190000 this morning, but was on the motorway so couldn't stop to snap. Will be sure to plan 200000...

Took delivery of a brand new CLK Mercedes many years ago with this:

Every other brand new car I've ever had has come with at least a few miles on

Surely that wasn't PDI-ed worth a damn with that mileage on?

I though I was the only one who celebrated this sort of thing. I now realise that I'm in good company. Here's a couple recent ones of mine!

My e36 328i is currently on about 119,500 miles and I'm currently getting ready for the same "odometer moment" in the next few thousand miles.

Need to remember to reset the trip counter at 122,667 miles, so I can get the "123,456 789.0" when the time comes. smile
