That'll need some ballast to tame the rear end though .

Transit Connect. Rear doors used as the bulkhead. Can’t wait to see updates on this.

I don't think this has been posted, unless it's one of the dead photobuckets. It came up on my Facebook but I forgot about this thread at the time.

I saw this at a show over the summer. I had forgotten about it until this thread popped back up. The lack of rear weight made it very good for doughnuts.

Sorry to disappoint the seller ,these cut down Volvos are all over Sweden ,driven by 16yo with restricted performance and

called Traktors.

and a Mercedes E class too.

note the red warning triangle which denotes it can't exceed 30 ? mph

Isetta pickup smile . The flatbed isn't broken hehe it tilts up to access the VW 1600 flat four (probably from a Beetle).

Quite a few of these have been done it seems. Found this one on Google.

I nearly bought one many years ago that had been converted. Put off by the sketchy history about the conversion (it had been through quite a few owners) I didn't in the end. Annoyingly I can't find a picture of it. Just lots of threads on Fiat Forum talking about it. It was a bright orange 899cc with the nickname "flymo" biggrin .. wonder if it still exists.

spotted at the local petrol station - not sure its really worth the effort for the load bed thats been created. Lots of mastic around the rear window too - it didn't appear to be a "professional" conversion!
