Nice car but the thought of spending that kind of cash and having to deal with my local mercedes main agent frankly horrifies me.

Google suggests however there's a bit of sloppy reporting involved as the standard S class limousine battery weighs 23kg. I doubt that's a coincidence.
True, sounds like someone has got the wrong end of the stick; it could still be a 20ish kg saving, though.

Even in the Press photos, if you look closely enough, you can actually see it depreciating.
