The worst car you've ever driven...
Discussion
What's the worst car you've ever had the displeasure to drove?
For me, it's almost certainly a 1.2 petrol, automatic vauxhall corsa from 2003. It's utterly awful in just about every respect. The gearbox is horrendous, very jerky and not at all conducive to smooth driving. The brakes are terrible, the steering feels very spongy and has absolutely no feel at all. The seats are also amongst the least comfortable seats I've ever sat in, they're quite firm so you get a numb bum, offer no lumbar support or lateral support either. The engine is incredibly weedy (doesn't help it's mated to that monstrosity of a gearbox). The ride is also quite poor and pretty crashy, especially over potholes.
I could go on, but I think you get the jist!

Did you drive the Corsa now, or back in 2003. If it was recently, then 13 years of lack of servicing, fat arses on seats, worn out suspension and general abuse might account for a lot of your experience.
Worst car I have ever driven would be the (then new) 1.3 Nissan Micra that I learned to drive in aged 17. An utterly hateful thing with no redeeming features at all.

My wifes Nissan Qashqui is pretty terrible. It looks huge and yet I hardly fit in it (I am a 6'5'' freak). The gear stick has enough movement changing gear is like stiring a cauldron and it has a horrid cheap fake clunk in out of gears. The worse thing is the engine, there is no power at all, none. Put your foot down, nothing.
Horrid car. When I swap from my S6 to that I keep thinking I have left the handbrake on.

In 2011, Mini Countryman Cooper SD. Courtesy car I had for two months.
Couldn't fit in it, despite how monstrously huge it was. Knees, head and elbows constantly hitting various parts. Four fully grown adults was only possible when front seats were pushed forward.
Just awful. Hated every minute.

2010 1.2 Corsa. I had it as a courtesy car and had much the same feelings towards it as the OP, horrible thing it was. Having only driven mid sized cars with somewhat larger engines(1.8-3.0) beforehand I sort of assumed all small city cars were like that. I've since driven a few more comparable models and it seems that no, most are perfectly fine it's just the Corsa that is an ungodly turd.
hmmmm... probably the 2015 1.4 Punto with about 9000 miles on the clock I had as a courtesy car when the Alfa was in for a service. You had to thrash it to get up to thirty, the handling wasn't the most confidence inspiring (zero feel/feedback), brakes that put the full anchor on if you so much as looked at them and I felt that I was perched on the car rather than sitting in it such was the seating.
First thing that went through my mind was why in hell would anyone spend money on the damned things.
I actually quite liked the gearbox though, loose as hell but quite a nice feel to it (reminded me of Rover gearboxes which I always quite liked... only looser).

A Fiat Strada. Firstly it was green and I don't like green cars - and it was ugly, entirely devoid of any Italian design flair. It had an awful interior with nasty cheap plastic everywhere, the seats were uncomfortable, the gear change 'rubbery' and imprecise. It was slow, unresponsive and the worst car I've driven by far. I hated every moment I drove it. Unfortunately it was a company car and in those days, it was chosen for me - bds!
