The Audi brand isn't ugly, a bit boring looking maybe, but not ugly.

Not an Audi hater. Just fed up with lazy, aggressive design that appeals to uneducated bellends with no class.

Aston Martin - one car in 4 sizes
Audi - one car in 8 sizes
BMW - one car in 6 sizes, a couple of the XXXL
Maserati - one car in 2 sizes
Mercedes - one car in 5 sizes
Hyundai - one car in 4 sizes
Range Rover - one car in 3 sizes
Toyota - one car in 5 sizes

IMO a model should look like model, not a range like a range.

Audis are too bland to be ugly.

Ugly happens when you take risks. Sometimes ugly is just ugly and nobody likes it, but often ugly is polarising - love/hate designs are ugly to some, lovely to others. Sometimes that balance shifts over time - I bet there are fewer people now who think the Fiat Coupe is ugly than there were when they were new.

For current models, Mercedes. Take a blowtorch to a lump of plastic et voila! New Merc design.

I like Nissan because (as far as I can make out) every model is stand-alone in terms of looks.
They make the GT-R, the Qashqai, the Leaf, the 370Z, etc. I can't think of any common characteristics in those designs.

The Corporate Look is very boring for customers IMHO. Audi need to loosen up a bit.

I agree Audis are not ugly, they are a little bland though.

Mercedes are grim at the moment with a notably brash and tasteless looking range of cars. I can't fathom the appeal of them. Those Toyotas posted earlier in the thread are also rather aesthetically challenging.

You're confusing repetitive design with ugly. Audi's are objectively very good looking cars.

You're clearly a tedious Audi hater though so objectiveness won't ever come into it.
redcard As opinions on good looks differ, it is entirely subjective.

No such thing as objectively good looking.

+ gazillion

Hence my change to an Audi. But according to one chap on here that makes a bellend. How I'm not quite sure... Mine even has the optional extra indicators which I occasionally use.

Dacia aren't ugly. They are too plain for that. All Japanese brands seem to be having an uglyfest atm. Beating the French at their own game.

I'm gonna be the first (and possibly last) to say Alfa Romeo. I find most of their cars ugly. The front ends in particular really let them down.

Perhaps with the exception of the SZ. That looks cool.
