One for the networking people. It's a niche cat 3. This was a chum who worked at Cisco. With a cross eyed cat too.

Quick question, why create a seperate thread for plates just because of their spacing? Are you guys hating on the fact they've changed the spacing against how it should be? If so, why? I know it isn't 'strictly' to the letter of the law, but that law was to stop people disguising their plates and making it look like the letters aren't what they are. Surely if it's still completely clear what the plate is and can be read by ANPR it isn't that bad?
The thread is for plates that might be wrong legally but are forgivable because they're funny and/or clever. Because the two established plate threads, Real Good and C12APPY, are often so divisive this one found a place to potter along.

For example, 0SPF sent me on a voyage of discovery this morning. I enjoyed reading up on that. If it had been posted in C12APPY I would have missed it.

Last night I saw TW0 2TAN on a PT Cruiser.

I think it was advertising dance classes on it.
After seeing it again ,it appears not to be advertising dance classes ,just a tango fan.

Car is mildly retro hot rod modded too ,in a way only a PT Cruiser can do.

should be in the category 2 thread.

Standard Merc - they have 4 factory holes

No idea why mind - looks stupid imo
4 holes so that you can securely fit a plastic holder, most mainlanders use them.

On that basis - copied this one over from one of the other threads as it seems better suited here:

Even better that it's on a truck belonging to a scrap merchant. Apparently he paid quite a bit for it.

I posted this in the crappy thread, but thinking about it, it probably suits this thread better:

KD0 6RAB / KD06 RAB on a DAF tipper / grab truck.

OK to have an illegal plate if it amuses you? I think not, because to believe otherwise tacitly condones them.

Any Illegal plate absolutely cannot be anything but C124PPY by default and worthy of nothing but contempt because of the fkuck the law mentality of the Platee that creates it, and that of course means there's only one suitable thread. smile

Copied over from the Real Good thread - probably better suited to this thread than the outright crappy thread:
