So, to sum this thread up, they've made a few Le Mans cars, something that looks like a pastiche of a Ferrari, a massive coupe with a Chevy engine but no sports cars?
Might as well chuck the Leclerc in to the list as it's probably closer to a sports car than some of the other suggestions.

I'd love a Venturi, and at that price it's seriously tempting! Can anybody provide me with a link to the current price, please? I cannot see one from the advert.
I also can't find the price. I'm sorry. http://www.walkersingletononlinesales.co.uk/LotLis...

These are/were some post-war French road legal sports car brands: Alpine, Ligier, Venturi, Matra, PGO, Secma, Exagon, Mega, Hommell, Marcadier, DB, etc..Might as well chuck the Leclerc in to the list as it's probably closer to a sports car than some of the other suggestions.

Cracking, thank you. :WatchesIntently:
The auction for the Atlantique ends at midday this Friday, so if you want to bid, you'll need to register soon. But having spoken to the auctioneer, if any bids are received in the last ten minutes, the auction runs on for another ten, and so on. This avoids any attempt at a last second mid at 11.59.59, and means that they genuinely get the best price for the car.
By my maths, including auction fees and VAT, the current bid equates to a purchase price of a tad over £26k. Which seems crazy for such a rare, fast and beautiful car.
And I've spoken with the chap that owned this very car from about 2009 to 2015. A genuine Venturi fan that lavished a good amount of attention on it. I even found some pictures on the net of it being detailed in Ireland. Just stunning.
Surely it can't go this cheaply. Or can it?!

I would have thought the white 3 door ranger down the page is the very definition of cheap!By my maths, including auction fees and VAT, the current bid equates to a purchase price of a tad over £26k. Which seems crazy for such a rare, fast and beautiful car.

French sportscars are limited indeed, but below are a few others :
Delachapelle Roadster :
- the engine comes from Peugeot, different ratings were available, from 135 to 210bhp (but most of them were 167bhp ratings, same as in Peugeot 306 S16).
Vaillante Grand Defi:
- based on the Hommell Barquette, 15 were produced in total
Mega Track (already mentionned) :
Mega Monte-Carlo (already mentionned) :
Delavilla R1
- based on a Porsche Cayman
Delavilla SpeedRoad / VRS :
- based on a Porsche 997
