A tatty old Clio 172 Cup for the daily grind. Do take a detour down quiet B roads quite often!

It was (and I still own it) a 2007 Mazda3 Sport.

However, on Monday I start my new job. I can see the back of work from my garden. Therefore,my new daily will be a pair of shoes. smile

I have three that I use depending on the trip and the weather:

Audi A6 4.2 FSI SE Quattro

Clio Trophy

MR2 Roadster:

One of them will be sold soon, possibly the Audi but more likely the Clio.

Lovely trio
Keep the waft machine and punt the Clio. There is more pleasure in something comfortable and something convertible.

I love my C6 Allroad 4.2, only 1 sold in 2008 wink. You are the only other person I have seen with a C6 4.2! Very rare car, and yours is looking lovely. An S6 next for me as the RS6 is a bit costly! What's the spec on yours? PS Pic broken
They are indeed extremely rare, even more so being the later FSI direction model, I think it's brilliant. I've seen maybe 2 or 3 others come up for sale in the 18 months I've owned it, strange really as to me it seems the obvious engine choice. The spec is listed in here if you're interested: Advert.
Lovely car but I feel I was ripped off now! Mine looks exactly the same inside. £5750 looks a steal.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that photo taken at the well renowned VXR8/Monaro specialist Elite car co?
Good spot! Taken the day I bought it.

Right now... this:

I'm pretty sure pottering around Devon is exactly what it's designed for. Here it is in pickup mode, doing the works mail run last week:

Don't really have a "weekend car" in the household at the moment. Both cars are used daily.

My commuter - e36 328i

Wife's shopping, child and dog transport - 4.6L V8 Discovery.

Not a black pump in sight wink

My daily is a Swift Sport, no turbo's, sticks to the road like ste on your shoe, not particularly good on fuel, it just gets on with being an awesome little car.

3 Series. Quite practical and a decent place to be. A good daily car really and the perfect partner to a weekend toy. I have had sheds and diesels as daily transport but you so often find a road on a day that is to be enjoyed...stuck in something you'd rather not be driving. Life is too short smile
