I know a plate like that looks nice but come on. He could probably get £100k+ for that plate. Enough to put the Mondeo into storage and buy another 'Toy'Posted what I thought was a quite interesting and long letter about my number plate - (when bought - value then -value now - which cars has been on - which one on now etc )- but 10 minutes later deleted it ! I have found from experience over the years that personal registration numbers are such an emotive subject . If one person came on here and had a go at me over it I would die. Pity , for as we can see by all the lovely letters on here with regard to this subject the majority of people think it's just a bit of harmless fun , but........... well to be honest 43 years later the number rarely sees the light of day now.

Nope. That's genuinehttp://www.theaa.com/car-data-checks/index.html
My contribution to this thread is my profile pic!
Had both about ten years, put the plate on the car for about 6 weeks simply to transfer it into my name before going on retention. Looked a bit silly back then - probably less so nowadays

20 minutes ago i followed "4 H" I to Bristol parkway station. On the back of a Mini Paceman. That's got to be worth a bit.
Hmm... I posted on the other thread that I saw that plate on an Octavia. It's still on the Paceman, huh? So what did I see on the Octavia? Dammit, I have one letter and one number to remember, and I get it wrong... rsox87 said:
I used to see these parked up near Vauxhall Bridge when I drove in London a lot. I always hoped that they belonged to Kenneth Brannagh or some other proper Shakesperian ac-tor, but apparently they belong to a property developer.
I was told that these belong to Bernie Ecclestone, could be wrong thoughclarkey said:
