That Cotswold outfit has some nice stock
Same colour as the 1st Muira I ever saw IRL... it was in what appeared to be an unused shop in Monaco (no signage, no interior fittings, just an empty shop with a Muira sat in the window).Probably the most beautiful car ever built, but I've sat in one, and unfortunately, impossible for me to actually drive the bloody thing
Bit quiet in here today
Anyhow... for me, the most desirable 'recent' Ferrari, in an almost perfect colour combination, and with a proper gearbox. Would love one of these for long European trips.

For similar money, a good few years younger, but would play a similar role... my BIL's DB11 on the day we went for a test drive... one of the most surprising cars I've driven in recent years.

DB11 looks nice to my eyes. In what way was it surprising - good or bad?
I would have never dreamed of owning an Aston prior to the test drive. Always thought they looked nice enough, but I'd never driven one I liked - they just felt a bit heavy and leaden. And I didn't think the DB11 was a particularly good looking car in the magazines. But up close, and in the right colour (they are very colour sensitive) they are lovey... BIL's is a 'Q paint' colour, Alloro green (I believe the only one in that colour in the UK), and it really is a stunning thing.I got a full test drive in the DB11, including A roads, B roads and dual carriageway. With the suspension in its softest setting, it was so comfortable and quiet when pottering. But switch to a harder suspension setting, and put the gearbox/engine in a faster map, and it was properly quick and amazingly agile on A's and B's.
I came away smitten, and I'd have one in a heart beat if I had the money.

I'd have one too, could imagine having lots of fun on long European trips with it.

Incredible that they have made what is quite a large and heavy car feel agile when you want it.

I think they weigh the best part of 1,900kg, so the way it gets down the road is nothing short of astonishing. They have some really lovely styling details... particularly the shape of the rear 3/4's. Interior is fabulous too - very high quality.I'd have one too, could imagine having lots of fun on long European trips with it.
And large is a relative term...

It's been a tad quiet in here the last few days so here's a couple of my eclectic musings from this morning.....
