Sun is out and today I really rather fancy one of these, would love to drive one through France enroute to the Le Mans Classic.

Big brother of the C also triggers extreme desire... (originally Bernie Ecclestone's car, and the only red D I've ever seen)

Not much of a racing history, so 'only' around half the value of the Le Mans winner that fetched $20M a couple of years back!
Those curves are just obscene
Harris's Mille Miglia run in a C is always worth a watch...

Related on a couple of levels...
One of my favorite car video's of all time... Harris at Goodwood TT in the Lister Jag.
WHAT A NOISE

Could have sworn there was a much longer video of this originailly.
And while I'm at it... Kenny Brack. In a GT40. In the wet. With castors fitted instead of rear wheels.

Snap oversteer in straight line? Meh, just keep your foot in and saw at the wheel

I remember him starting out as a junior at Autocar many years ago, but I don't know where he got the money to buy stuff like 996GT2's, or have Tuthill build him that amazing ST rep whilst he was a motoring journo (didn't think it paid that well!).I've always liked his writing and videos... and he clearly knows how to pedal a car!!

Yup. There's a lot of money in there from somewhere but he'd done well. One wonders how well anyone could do if they were effectively given a massive headstart in life to do whatever it was they wanted to without worrying about the inconvenience of financially sustaining yourself. See also: Shmee (and many of "that" crowd).
