Oof. I love Cobalt blue. And that car must be around 10 miles from me.

I’d just convinced myself a 997 Carrera S was what I wanted but that does look cloud9
Cobalt looks fabulous on any Porsche... it would probably suit even a Cayenne... smile

Not sure if this would be deemed value or not at £17.5k but it sounds like fun with the mods it has had driving

Seems like a fair price to me. Other than a new set of decent tyres and maybe wheels, looks great.

Blue Porsches - I want to like Cobalt (would probably have been my choice for my car) but I have say to I prefer Nogaro blue to the myriad Porsche blues...

The 944 will be an absolute hoot to drive... I would get rid of the wheels and put it on some 17” BBS E88s with gold centres. If the funds are a bit tight - Image Wheels do 3-piece forges whees which look like E88s for a fraction of the cost (but are heavier)

No, but in my experience of 997s you want a Gen 2 and a warranty.

I know someone with a gen 2 that's not the most reliable thing in the world. I'm sticking with an early 996 and think I'd only be tempted by a Turbo or GT3, the first of those is a way off and sadly I don't thing the second will happen without a couple of promotions at work!

Hmmm. So the 996 Turbo would be the sensible option, then?!

LOVE the Fulvia!

The cobalt pepper looks rather classy actually!

Certainly better than the Carmine red my wife insisted on...

I'm in New York for a few days later this month, so just looking at "things to do". Stumbled across this place, looks great!

But I don't think (given its location, and the limited time we have) I'll get chance to go frown

It's a shame Americans are so intent on ruining cars with aftermarket tat.
