Yes, but a wadge of offset VAT and £20k off your profits for the year - and it depreciates "on paper" smile.

How can you justify a plate purchase through a business? Particularly in this case where it isn't resembling the company name etc.

Van driver just has to call himself "Sexy" smile.

I can imagine the conversation with the wife...

"Do you want a five grand holiday in the Seychelles with tax scheme I've come up with?"
"Yeah, sounds great"
"You just have to call me 'Sexy' from now on"

smile

Personally, until reading the link, I thought it was treated in the same way as a painting in the company foyer. Obviously, it's not quite the same, just similar.

FFS, I don't know how to rotate it. Not the 52 plate Peugeot, the Mercedes Vito with 84 D

Probably already mentioned somewhere in the previous 63 pages, but spotted '1 HGV' on a, er, HGV. M25 Monday night. I presume it was the real plate, couldn't see another one. Must be worth a bob or two.

I saw POO 928, on a lovely looking Porsche 928 this morning. It gave me a chuckle.

This was a few years ago, on a VW forecourt, I'm pretty sure it was a 1.2

For those of you who followed it H1 has recently been sold. Expect to see it on something more expensive than an Avensis in the future..

Wouldn't mind SMY 17H but think I've left it too late to register, probably will go too high anyway. WEB 805S is an interesting one!
I expect to see WEB 805S on this thread in the near future and the other one elsewhere wink.

I like OLD 8OOK and some of the others, but YOU 105E is just a BiB magnet.

I was outbid on the last one. £10,900 is cheap compared to what that guy wants for TOO 510W (!) but still too rich for me.

Surprised PEG 61E only made 1700. The joy of auctions!

Many years ago I saw 3M. Thought it looked rather tacky.

Why?

I'm genuinely interested to know.
