1 U spotted on a new Focus RS in rugeley, staffs - I have a photo of the plate on its old car, a white 5-series tourer - but it must be a very recent change as my mobile app doesn't show the plate registered to anything.

Not sure that's strictly oval, or legal.

It's a rectangular plate but with black tape covering over the ends, cut to make them look rounded. Pretty sure it's not legal to stick things to a number plate.
