Weekend at the British gp have 3 days of racing for £125 so actually a bit cheaper than the above.
....presumably general admission with no seating. Not the same thing at all.I drove a "NASCAR" a few years ago and I took a truck on the oval last week. If you are ever in the US you have to give it a try. Got taken out by a professional driver first to see how it was done. He was racing on the same course that evening and did not hold back when he drove me. Then, jump in the truck and stick your foot down for 12 laps. The noise is insane.

It's always puzzled me how unstable these things look.
It's worse than it looks. The cars are effectively in a constant drift around the turns.Juan Pablo once did an interview where he said, "There are no brakes...I mean no brakes."
So apparently hauling down the power is pretty tough as well. I think I read somewhere that the
tires only have like 5psi of air pressure. I have a used tire at my house from Sterling Marlin's qualifying car in 1998's Charlotte race. I don't think the tire weighs more than 10 pounds. I have it hanging on my wall with a coat hook.
These cars are effectively ice skating at 180+ mph.

NASCAR is an amazing spectacle. Some of the best motorsport I've watched.
I defy anyone not to come away from a big race with the urge to fk their sister and drink piss-water beer
