Sorry but I have to agree with Bladedancer and lord trumpton. The cars mentioned are what came to my mind when I saw the pictures. It is, for me, one of the ugliest cars, if not the ugliest car I have ever seen.

It's not great but it's of it's time.

And I don't believe you or anyone else looked at it and thought Fiat Multipla!

I said it's the same level of ugly, not that it looks like multipla.

This really needs to be seen in the flesh to be appreciated. The quality of build is outstanding, and the car is really striking. Of course it'll be marmite, but hats off to the owner for having the passion and commitment to complete the rebuild.

To me it looks a bit disjointed design wise. Like a cut and shut. Possibly why I like the back of the car but hate the front.

Likewise. Essentially I added the TVR to my mental list of "most ugly cars ever conceived". That list includes the Fiat Multipla, the Pontiac Aztek an the Ssangyong Rodius. I didn't know it existed before this article and unfortunately cannot unsee it.

Would you class it as Alfa SZ ugly? That IMO is the ugliest ill proportioned car I can think of & like that too

An SZ, while not my favourite design, does not offend my aesthetic sensibilities anywhere near as much as this monstrosity.
