No-one should think of buying that, it's clearly an overpriced dog. Leave well alone. [grabs ID, train ticket, runs off in direction of bank]

If it was closer to me I would be off for a look.

There's a slight touch of the Jaguar XJ profile in that car. But, white paint and grey-ish/tan leather does not an appealing combination make.

I think my computer must have some kind of very odd virus - it keeps moving the decimal point one character to the right, with amusing results.
That rather drab and uninteresting B reg Alfa saloon for example, it's turning £695 into £6,950!
Better yet, a completely unremarkable '70s Audi with a rip roaring 1.9 litre engine, rusty sills and tin foil wrapped around the arches is showing as £5,995 instead of £599.50.
S'pose I'd better get it fixed but it is quite funny, like a view into some weird parallel universe where people are prepared to pay thousands of pounds for dull unremarkable cars for no other reason than they're a bit old.

Driver should be wearing yellow corduroy trousers, black roll neck sweater, have unkempt hair and a wonky moustache. He should be drunk in charge, with a hipflask of brandy on the go. In the passenger seat should be a lightly sedated KLM air hostess, and in the boot a suitcase of unaccounted for foreign currency and some eye-watering sex toys.
Am I taking dreams of ownership too far?
I think you're describing a Jag owner.Am I taking dreams of ownership too far?
A little sparse on details, but comes with a 12 month ticket.
I really wish carandclassic would sort out the size of their preview images.
