They're probably worried that you're Jimmy Savile's ghost. Or worse still: a live Jimmy Tarbuck.

700+hp of supercharged Hemi up front in the TrackHawk, and 0-60 in 3.2 recorded. Zero attention, zero second looks, not even the occasional wave or thumbs up; totally under the radar. Even must alleged petrolheads haven’t a clue what these things are.

Haha, you'd get my admiring glances. There was one at the recycling centre no long ago near me and I knew. Many wouldn't though, you are right. Extra bonus!

Fiesta ST, have ended up in the local car spotters videos on YouTube, must be a slow news day for them whilst they wait for something more interesting.

My dad forwarded me one with me in yesterday, I have to say I was very well behaved. Really don't want to be their next viral video sensation like the M140i that got a bit sideways, then went a bit sideways the other way and got parked in the bushes at the same spot. If you are going to be a tit, best not have a load of bored young lads recording it in high definition just itching to upload it for it to go mental and get them loads of views.

The phrase "So you are 52 and did a burnout for the assembled teenagers, didn't notice the Sainsburys grocery delivery van, hit it and it landed on its side and wrote your car off, er, ok, guess you feel a bit silly now..." popped in my head

Might have been me wink I was up at the tip at the weekend with a whole lot of old turf and rubble in the back.

Hard to make an SUV desirable. Even the Merc 63's go unnoticed, so unknown yank tanks are even further below the radar.

Nice bit of kit though.

I’ve got a Cooper S in BRG, the main attention I get is from white van men disappointed I’m not a blonde hairdresser they can leer at! I did get told it was a lovely colour by a lady in the McDonald’s drive through though biggrin

Also noticed how many cars try to race it (Currently running 250bhp and 420nm so I always indulge when appropriate wink), had an iD3 under steering around roundabouts trying to keep up recently!

That's lovely. I own an f56 OneD and would love a Cooper S. Amazing the different looks that they come in. There is a rather lairy kitted out one, jcw?, at the end of our road and an innocuous black one with the same wheels as yours that is more reminiscent of an old Jag or the like if you see what I mean. It's driven by an older, retired lady and really made me think spec of the car may be indicative of how it has been driven and by whom. I love them both truth be told and the chunky arched big winged two seat works gp would be my dream mini!

Is it just my imagination, or are those alloys supposed to be reminiscent of a Union Jack?

2022 F-Pace SVR here.

It doesn't really get any attention until after it's driven past and the V8 is heard....then it's really common to get a head swivel to see what made the noise.

I'm pleasantly immature enough to say I love both aspects.

I drive one of those in Mexico, I've never got so much attention in any car in my whole life.

Only ever get positive reactions, everyone seems to love the car. Contrast that to mate with a Lambo whos had people spitting at him and abuse shouted at him. I did use it daily for a while but I dont now. My other car is a Clio RS and again people seem to love it.

Not had a car like it for people wanting to chat about it. Started on the first day I picked it up and put petrol in and hasn't stopped. Everything from telling me how it will break - why would you say that to a random stranger - to kids wanting to sit in it.
