1 Coupe - winter set up

Probably a bit late to ask, but what car are those rims from?
European BMW 1 series (17 inch flavour) I didn't buy them originally - I bought them from BFlemming a PH'r on here who bought them for his 135i for a winter trip to the alps and then after 2000 miles sold them to me as he'd sold the 135i and they were taking up space in his dads garage.

There is probably a part number on there somewhere but it might not be readable now they've been blasted and powder coated

The centre caps are from one of the BMW Minis that uses 5 x 120 stud pattern

15x6.5 steels on an MX5 with 50 profile tyres.

Lighter than most alloys and a lot cheaper at £150 a set brand new.

Wouldn't change them for anything.

I got some very similar-looking black metal wheels from here in 2019: https://www.mrwinterwheels.co.uk/17-bmw-3-series-e...

Looks like this on my car, when fitted. (I have the standard 18" alloy wheels in summer.)

Not a big fan of the dark wheels, but it's yet to bother me enough to do anything about it.

Mine were black but PO rattle canned them silver to match the centre caps - A winter and it was peeling in places so I had them shot blasted and powder coated because I'm a little OCD
