Spotted Ordinary Abandoned Vehicles
Discussion
The picture is a bit misleading as this is right at the back of a huuuge garden. That building that looks like a house is actually their outbuilding! Down the side is a long straight track leading to a gate, which goes straight onto the village high street. I had to zoom in so you don't see that from this angle, as it's the closest I could get without falling in the river!

Nice find, be good if you could post this picture up in the Classics left to die thread in the classics forum. Been a couple of 309s including one I bought put in there recently. Also, if you fancy trying to buy any of them then id always recommend putting a note through the door, I bought a Jensen Interceptor a couple of years back by doing this.
Spotted these 2 near identical W124 Mercs on my morning run. Neither have moved in about 10 years.
They happen to be about half a mile from this which I've posted before....
Spotted in the garden of the residence of the Zimbabwean High Commissioner. which explain the "290D" plates. The Merc has a flag mount on the front wing - must have been the official car, just parked up when the replacement arrived. There were a few more crusty Mercs on the other side but I didn't fancy hanging about taking photos....

A nice 850 rotting away. I have passed this for I think the past 10 years on the commute to work. It's there on the 2012 streetview snapshot, can't remember the exact reg but it has 850 on it.

I'd love to rescue that, but I bet it would involve a large amount of weldinghttps://www.google.com/maps/@51.5042855,-0.2894828...

Three in Heeley, Sheffield. I worked nearby quite often between 2015 and 2019 and would go walking around at lunch. Nice area to go walking in - lots of good hills. And the odd overgrown vehicle.
Overgrown van:
Looks like it's been there in some form since May 2009. I wonder if the car is still there, hidden away?

Someone a few streets away collected LDV vans, this photo is from 2014 and they haven't gotten any better in the meantime
Also have a Rover 211 V886YDO sitting sadly on the lawn a few doors down from me, with bits of a head gasket kit on the parcel shelf. No MOT since 2011, but last taxed in 2013. Has recently been joined by a Clio as well which might be the next long term "project"

4 MG's slowly rotting away. Scrap yard pretty much behind it, saw quite a few interesting things in there too once.
