These 2 been there as long as I can remember. Householder recently cut back some bramble at the front so you can see them better.

Imagine that heap blocking all the light out of your living room window for so long.

Couple from a house the next village over from ours, there are a few other interesting vehicles dotted further back on the property.

An NSX is considered ordinary, really?

I would consider it bloody special.

I love how every thread on PH has to turn in to a debate or challenge on the title.

That is amazing. I know there was a time they were underappreciated, but not buy people who owned them! I wonder what its story is, threw a big bill and never got around to it?

What do you think is the most common reason behind having a car rotting away right in front of your house?

Im sure a mental health issue has to be near the top.

I'd say economics and emotional attachment to an object. I've sold a couple of guitars that really hurt, I imagine a car with good memories becomes part of your identity. Especially back when we didn't lease everything!

My Grandad had a couple of old BSA's and Triumphs he wouldn't sell to anyone, so they rotted until he died by which time they were scrap.

Next to a little bungalow in some woods behind Turton Tower. Not sure if the house is lived in.

It's not Streetviewed, but you can just make out the top of the bungalow on Google Earth. It's off a road where some newer houses have been built on the site of some railway sidings.

I live on this road, and at some point in the last year the volvo disappeared!

I think the Golf is actually a Corrado, and with the BBS wheels, probably a G60

Recently drove along this road which reminded me of this thread!

First house with a 205 gti plus a few others (and a poor attempt by Google blurring the house when you move around the map?!)

Across the road you can just about see a couple of range rovers and an XJ, annoyingly when you move closer the image goes back in time and they dissappear! The g wizz next door looks clean there, not so much anymore.

Weirdly another g wizz across the road biglaugh

In the last link there’s a scirocco across the road from the G-Wiz, I’d that also abandoned? It looks a little neglected from the image.
